What's the Purpose of Team Building Activities?

You?ve recruited the consumer individuals your team. You?ve established your goals. You?ve designed a plan as well as a timeline. Storming Stage: During the Storming stage, the team begins to concentrate on the project work. Technical decisions are taken. The project management approach is decided. At this stage, they will be very collaborative. They must be available to new ideas from everyone, and consent to disagree. They must be offered to conflict. The team members must have tolerance and patience to understand the other person and communicate. Otherwise, the surroundings can be very counterproductive.
